At Aztec Hydraulics, we stand behind the quality of our industrial components and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, standard stock items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your operations continue smoothly with the right parts for every application.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the hydraulic components in their original box, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Facility

  Send your return via a trackable shipping service to our central distribution warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
